Stayed with a friend at this place called Eland Valley, near Rhino Peak in the Drakensberg.
I am often drawn to the unnoticed and mundane features in a landscape, so a portrait of a puddle seems appropriate.
For that reason, this is one of my favourite tiny paintings.
