Original Artwork Returns You may return original, non-commissioned artwork within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the artwork’s purchase price, excluding original shipping costs. To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in its original, undamaged condition and securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Upon approval, carefully package the artwork and ship it back to me.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Once I receive and inspect the returned artwork, I will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Commissioned Artwork Commissioned pieces are custom-designed works created specifically for you and are non-refundable, except in cases of damage or defects. If your commissioned artwork arrives damaged, please contact me immediately with photos of the damage. I will work with you to arrange a refund or replacement upon inspection of the returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items If any artwork, including commissions, arrives damaged or does not match the description provided, please notify me within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos of the issue, and I will arrange a refund or replacement once the item is returned and inspected.
